Limited Volunteer Opportunities Available

April 11, 2017

A limited number of volunteer positions are still available for the 2017 ShopRite LPGA Classic Presented by Acer. Each year, volunteers donate their time to serve critical needs such as scoring, transportation, hospitality services and many other important jobs. Among the positions still available include marshals and standard bearers, both of which provide up-close, inside-the-ropes access to the tournament. This year’s event will take place May 29 – June 4 on the historic Bay Course at Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.

“Volunteers have been an integral part of our event since its inception,” said Tim Erensen, Executive Director of the ShopRite LPGA Classic Presented by Acer. “The nearly 1,000 people who volunteer their time are an important part of helping us stage one of South Jersey’s largest annual contributors to non-profit organizations.”

With the on-going support of co-sponsors AtlantiCare and Rothman Institute, the tournament has assembled a valuable volunteer package.
